Whats your story?

When I was about 11 years old, my brother and his friend introduced me to climbing at Canyons of Frisco in Frisco, Texas. Shortly after, I began competing in the youth climbing circuit until I was about 18 years old. Afterwards, I moved to Utah and then Colorado for college and found my passion for climbing outside.

I’m now living in Boulder, Colorado and attend school at Front Range Community College for Interior Design. During the school year I mostly climb in the gym because I’m pressed for time. Summers are the best because I can take off for a few months to focus on climbing outside!

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

When I’m not at school or climbing, I like to hang out at home with my boyfriend and three cats, ride my bike, cook/bake, or read.

What is your favorite aspect of climbing?

My favorite part about climbing is problem solving!

What’s your most memorable climbing experience?

My most memorable climbing experience was my first and only trip to Tuolumne. While hiking up to the base of a climbing wall, the weather turned from scorching hot to a hail storm in a matter of minutes!

What’s your recent climbing accomplishment?

I traveled to Squamish, B.C. over the summer and was able to climb a handful of amazing boulder problems ranging from V0-V9. My proudest accomplishment from the trip was, Skin Graft V4!

Where is your favorite climbing place? Why?

Oh man. I’d have to say Squamish is my favorite climbing place! I love the location, the style of climbing that the granite yields, and all of the amazing people I’ve met while climbing there!

What colors do you like best?

I love every color! But, if I absolutely had to choose, it would probably be red.

Whats your favorite food?

That’s a tough question. Right now, I’m really into Greek food.
